Training methods

We distinguish between our education and training courses generally as follows:

  • Initial training courses
  • Recurrent training courses

The initial training course has four main aims: Knowledge, abilities, behaviour and experience.

We take these aims in consideration by planning the entire initial training course in-depth. All education and training measures, from technical basic training courses to more detailed system training courses right through to simulator training, are planned as a continuous concept with regards to topics and course depth and detail.

The objective of recurrent training courses is repeated practising of relevant operational situations. This way the required operational safety necessary to deal with these situations is maintained.

Related theoretical backgrounds are intensively repeated and reflected upon which results in knowledge that can be recalled at any time. This creates know-how and experience.
