Organisation
The structure of the Simulator Centre guarantees great transparency for the joint venture’s partners and tight co-operation with every power plant. Essentially it represents great interest in the safe operation of nuclear power plants shared by their owners and reflected in the optimal training given to the operators – and this at all levels.
The Governing Board, as a supervisory body, determines the direction in terms of content and finance. In these duties it is supported by the Technical and Commercial Advisory Boards as well as the Simulator Committee. In several meetings every year, these boards discuss developments, exchange experiences and decide upon standards and investments, together with the Management.
The so-called Training and User’s Contracts between the two companies, KSG and GfS, and individual nuclear power plants govern the assignment, execution and payment of the services to be provided. The essential targets thereby are customer satisfaction and professionalism.
