Equal Treatment for Men and Women

KSG|GfS feels obliged to article 3, section 2 of the Basic Law and thus equality between men and women has daily been lived for many years.

For numerous terms or designations in the documentation of KSG|GfS the masculine form is used. This doesn’t mean any discrimination of female readers but is solely used for reasons of simplification. So these terms apply equally to female and male readers.
