sCO2-4-NPP-Project

Since September 2019 the Simulator Centre is involved in the European innovation project sCO₂-4-NPP, using the Glass Model with its sCO₂-Loop and a simulator. The main aim of this 3-year project is to bring an innovative technology based on supercritical CO₂ (sCO₂) for heat removal in nuclear power plants (NPPs) towards a higher technical readiness level and closer to the market.
