“Ready for Training”-Day at the Simulator Center
December 22, 2017The 22nd of December has been an important day for the Simulatorcenter KSG|GfS twice.
On this day in the year 2006 the Full-Scope Simulator for the Nuclear Power Plant Isar 2 (KKI2, right picture) and in the year 2011 the Full-Scope Simulator for the Nuclear Power Plant Grohnde (KWG, left picture) were declared “Ready for Training”. With this procedure the training readiness of the simulators was announced at the end of the new build projects and the Simulators were handed over to the training departments of GfS.
The reference plant will continue training the responsible shift personel at these simulators until they are shutdown (KKI2 2022, KWG 2021).
We would like to thank all participating companies for the good cooperation in the projects and hope to celebrate several more RFT-Events on this day in the future.
