WANO – “Leader in the Field Coaching Seminar”

For the second time the „Leader in the Field Coaching Seminar“ took place at the Simulator Center in Essen, Germany from 05.12. – 08.12.2017. The event was organized by the WANO Paris Center.

The theoretical part was held in the seminar rooms of the Simulator Center and practical exercise were performed on our HPO (Human Performance Optimization)-modules.

Those exercises were led by our experienced instructors and gave the possibility to train the newly achieved skills.

The combination of theoretical topics with practical exercises containing typical situations of managers in the field was very well recognized by the international participants of the seminar. The Seminar was attended by 20 Leaders from 8 sites in 5 countries (Argentina, Germany, UK, Switzerland, UAE).
